Management Systems - Scoring

C-QES Limited uses a unique scoring system (based on ISO 9001 and requirements of 9004) which looks at two distinct elements; (i) Compliance – have you documented all the activities required by the relevant standard and do you follow the process, and (ii) Process Effectiveness – how well you perform against the eight (8) Quality Assurance Principles. The combination of the scores achieved from these two aspects of an audit creates a baseline for your management system and produces reports showing both your levels of compliance and process effectiveness.

Lead Auditor qualified for ISO 9001 - Quality, Aerospace and TickIT, BS 25999 - Business Continuity.  Experienced in ISO 14001 - Environment, OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety, Process Mapping - IDEF0 and Systems Engineering ISO 15288.

The Management Systems experience has been with the following industry sectors; low cost / high volume manufacturing; UK MoD; Government Research; Mass Transit systems, Rail - Comms, Rolling-Stock, Civils and Construction; Aircraft Interiors, Pre and post weld heat treatment, Software development.
